Prairie Creek watershed is many things to many people—the Yurok Tribe’s ancestral land, a former logging site, and now a restored area of Redwood National and State Parks. APA worked with Save the Redwoods League and Indigenous communities to develop outdoor interpretive pieces that tell
the tale of continued Indigenous presence, changing relationships with
the redwoods, and the restored watershed and returning wildlife.
