Wanuskewin Heritage Park is a place of deep spiritual significance for Indigenous groups across the Great Plains who followed the bison herds here for millennia. APA worked with park staff, stakeholders, and community Elders to create experiences that immerse visitors in Indigenous traditions and share the voices of contemporary Elders, highlighting Indigenous peoples’ deep connection to the bison.
