Family Bonds & Belonging
In this exhibit at the Royal British Columbia Museum (RBCM), visitors engage with personal artifacts and large-scale family photos to learn about the forces that bring families together. Using personal stories from First Nations, early settlers, immigrants and others, the exhibit explores our deep and often complicated relationships with each other.
Maxine and Jesse Whitney Museum
The Maxine and Jesse Whitney Museum showcases an incredibly diverse personal collection. APA’s design approach unified the collection by taking visitors on a journey across Alaska through Maxine’s eyes, while touching on larger stories of making art, collecting and representation.
Bursa Science & Technology Centre
APA designed settings with hands-on, full body experiences that immerse visitors in the science of flight, astronomy and space exploration. Visitors engage with the technology behind the evolution of flight, from hot air balloons to modern rockets, and explore the cosmos beyond a space station simulator.
Canada Science & Technology Museum
The Canada Science and Technology Museum has the largest collection of technological artifacts in the country. APA conceptualized a new point of entry for visitors that showcases this collection while introducing hands-on experiences that explore innovations in science and technology.
Renewal Plan for the Manitoba Museum
